- The rooms are available from 12pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.
- The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of the confirmatory deposit of 20%, to be paid by bank transfer within a few days of confirmation of the quote, (or by the date agreed with the hotel management) and following the confirmation email from the structure.
- The balance must be paid by the day before the end date of the stay (We accept credit/debit cards (no American Express), cash, bank transfer at least 4 working days before the end date of the stay. We do not accept checks.
- For short stays (1/2 nights) and for stays with room only or bed and breakfast treatment, the balance is required on the day of arrival at the hotel.
- Tourist tax not included: + € 2 per adult, for a maximum of 7 nights. Children up to 14 years of age are exempt.

The full board and all inclusive treatment begins with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
Meals not consumed will not be deducted, but upon request can be replaced with a travel basket.

Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of the reservation:
- within 30 days of the arrival date, it is possible to request a refund of the deposit paid
- from 29 days to 16 days from the arrival date the deposit paid can be used for a stay to be carried out within the current summer season.
- from 15 days before the arrival date the deposit paid will be retained as compensation for cancellation.
- For early departures there is a penalty of minimum 3 nights for each guest indicated in the booking.
To confirm your OFFER we ask for a 20% deposit to be paid by bank transfer following the confirmation email from the property, by the date agreed with the management.
